Applicants for UCLA Public Health Programs & SOPHAS

Applicants interested in applying for the following programs should first complete a SOPHAS application and wait to receive an email from UCLA Graduate Education explaining the next steps. Data entered into SOPHAS will be imported into the UCLA Graduate Admissions Application prefilling some of the questions.
